  Worst experience of my life today. I went to get coffee and had the worst service. I went to place my order and the first employee to take my order refused to take my coupon. She didn't take my order fully as I asked what kind of creamers they had she raised her voice and asked "what did I want". She then sent someone else to take my order. That employee then rolled her eyes at me and didn't even place my order as she then told the prior employee that I had an attitude. Then they both began to raise their voices and yell at me. I am horrified as to why people like this work in customer service. This is the worst place I have ever been I really hope someone reads this an takes action on these employees. All I wanted was coffee and got a rude awakening on how terrible people who should not work in customer service can be.
