  I have been going to jiffy lubes since i bought my car 12 months ago and i really like the customer service and thought they knew what they were doing but i was completely wrong. I noticed i had to come in every two months for a oil change and they said that i did not have any oil in my car because i did not come for a complete top off ( meaning that they offered oil refills for only two visit when i felt my oil was low). I finally decided to do my oil change and noticed that my oil filter was completely loose and was dripping oil. I own a 2006 honda civic and to properly do a oil change for this vehicle is to remove the passenger side front tire to get access to the oil filter. I will recommend anyone that comes to this shop to chech your oil filter because these guys dont now what there doing. Its really a shame that i pay so much for there service and dont get the quality i payed for.
