  I have been living in these apartments for over 3 years now. The old management was very crappy, they never cleaned, the work orders were never completed on time and the management office was rude. Since the new management has taken over this property, it has all changed drastically. They are very accommodating, helpful and understand any issues we ever have. Our work orders are done in time. The area is much more cleaner, there are new washers and dryers in our building. I am definitely planning to stay here for more years to come. Seth who is the property manager is very nice and understanding. Kristin, Ivan, Ellie, all of them are super cool.
  They organize so many events, just like the upcoming Eclipse viewing event on 21st August, its much fun to live here. I am glad we did not move when we were so pissed at old management. Thank you so much guyz for making it a great experience.

  The apartments are really old and problematic . Even the renovated ones are a sham!!!! They paint the apartment u put ur water jug near a wall and a whole patch of paint falls from the wall.The staff will talk to u nicely(mostly)but don't let it fool you coz its all to rent there old apartments .The carpets are old , the bathrooms gets easily moldy and also u might for Find cockroaches in ur apartment and the pest guy will tell u that u r responsible for it even though every house in the building is complaining about them.There are many problems other then the apartment itself like the smelly lake , the duck poop on the pathways/play area/grounds and everywhere (whole summer )and things become worst in rainy season . Also don't be surprised if u step on dog poop very often bcoz a lazy owner didn't cleaned up after there pet.U will complaint to the management but they won't do anything. And they don't have separate buildings for pet owners so they live in the same buildings.
