  Majestic wrote the estimate and discreetly had my wife sign a work order to order parts. Did not give her a copy of the work order and ordered parts. When we decided to use a different shop, they insist on charging us a return fee for parts they ordered before they had possession of the car. Very bad business practices, WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN. Watch what you sign there and get a copy of everything!!!!!

  My car had a scratch that wasn't there when I gave it to them. They acted like they didn't really care and the lady at the desk has a very rude attitude. She disrespected my mother which was completely uncalled for. I wish I would've never used their services. I feel very disrespected. I felt discriminated. She made it seem like I better have or couldn't afford the $500 deductible. I have a very well paid job so it's more than affordable. It took longer than it should've. I honestly felt like she was racist. I've never been so humiliated in my life. I will not and can not use their services again.
