  Called a week ago and were told to call back in a week because they were too busy to help us at the time. The refrigerator part of our refrigerator is not working but the freezer is functioning fine. We called back after a week and were told that the make and model of our refrigerator was not something their repairmen worked on.
  
  This company was highly recommended and we are highly disappointed. Will certainly be sharing our experience through friends, family, social media, etc.
