  Took care in yesterday for new serpentine belt and tensioner. Out come was not quite what I expected,but the gentleman worked the numbers out. Car was fixed and price was close to what they quotedo. New management has taken over the store.

  I've never had a problem with Pep Boys, sometimes they're not the least expensive, sometimes they are the most expensive. I will say that you can Dicker with price, especially if you know what you're talking about. Their work is warrantied and so are the parts, keep your receipts.
