  Richard is a great lawyer. I live in IL and received a ticket in WI. I was told the WI ticket would not impact my IL license from WI. 5 months after I paid the WI ticket, I found out it was on my IL driving record. I searched the internet and read an article Richard wrote about WI ticket's impact on IL drivers.
  I contacted him and it was the best thing that I did. He was able to re-open the case and reduce it to a non moving violation, even several months after the case was closed.

  We were so fortunate to select Richard Albanese to represent my brother in a traffic ticket for going 25 over the speed limit on the expressway in Lake County. It was his second speeding violation in under a few months and I was quite sure the chances were slim to none that he would get supervision a second time. In fact, the paperwork for the first ticket clearly states that if you receive another violation while the first supervision is still in effect, both violations will turn to convictions on your record. Richard handled the situation professionally and the outcome was positive. My brother received supervision again and Richard saved the day. I would recommend him to anyone. Richard is very responsive and his fee was very reasonable.
