  He disappeared from the office in the middle of my root canal. I was left in the chair WITH MY MOUTH WIRED OPEN for over 40 minutes! Neither he or staff anywhere to be found. He provided no explanation when he finally did return except to say I'd need to come back another day for him to finish since it was late (after 5pm). Yeah right. I wasn't about to let him near my mouth again. I didn't have dental insurance, so to add further insult he charged me more than originally quoted plus the work he didn't finish, then sent me to collections when I refused to pay all of it. Avoid like the plague.
