  Checked in as a new customer, was told the wait would be an hour, ok cool. Walked around the store camr back after an hour, I was never even put into the system so my car had not been touched yet. It'll be 15 more minutes, ok! Got in my car, drove away grease all over the steering wheel, shifter everything. The guy being trained who wasn't even an actual tech took care of it, Brendan is the best here and he's in training, he's the reason they got 2 stars. I will not be back.
