  The stars are simply because the staff was friendlier than most of the places I went in Illinois BUT White Castle just doesn't have good food at all. We went simply because of the nostalgia and my party had never had it before since they are from California. The food is edible but if you're looking for a good meal I suggest even the pancake house across the street for a better meal

  Very friendly staff. I brought some people from off the street to feed them. And The manager and staff was so helpful! On that day the staffed touched lives!
