  Well it took some getting use to coming from another facility. There are various features available to assists in personal interests. Weight loss, social, and therapy. There are many 'regulars' which provide some sense of motivation to return. If you're are serious about your well being then you must resrarch how all the amenities can help toward your fitness goals. Sauna, steam room, full lap and therapy pool. Some machines are new others needing adjustments, however there's a variety of equipment to choose from. I hope this helps.
